So you just purchased your new #BestMattressEver, this truly is a wonderfully comfortable mattress, but it must be used properly. Please make sure that you have the proper support to ensure you getting the best performance from your mattress. Listed below is some information on the proper foundations to use with our mattress. Please note, in the event of a return request, photos of the foundation may be requested and return refused due to use with an improper foundation. This is determined by our Customer Service and Sales staff based on the supplied photos. They are the experts and will let you know what your options are as we do want to make sure that you are getting the best performance from the new mattress you just purchased.

  • Make sure your mattress is not restricted, there there is good airflow allowed to the mattress.
  • If you are using a slatted foundation please make sure the slats are fully supported in the middle and are spaced no more than 3 inches apart.
  • If you purchased semi flexible slats they will have to be supported with an added non flexible foundation or bunkie board. You can tell this by looking at the slats and if they are bowed they may have a good amount of flex to them.
  • If you are using a previous boxpring from your old mattress make sure to feel that it is not a wire semi flexible foundation, you can stand on it to tell if it bends and if it does we would recommend you replace it with a more solid foundation.


We're confident that we've made the best bedding products, so we back them with the best trial period in the industry, 120 nights! We do require that you try your new mattress for at least 30 days from the date of delivery. This gives you ample time to properly adjust to the new materials. The trial date begins when you receive your mattress and can only be used once per customer per calendar year. Please contact customer support at support@trulitebedding.com for more information.


We offer returns on accessories 30 nights from the date of delivery. In this case we asked that you package the merchandise, contact us at support@trulitebedding.com with package dimensions so we can email over a prepaid shipping label to have the merchandise shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. There is a 120 night trial on mattresses and non-motion foundations, starting from the date of delivery. 
Accessories include but are not limited to: Toppers, Pillows, Sheets and Protectors. 
No returns on adjustable bases. 

TRU Lite Bedding does not provide packaging for merchandise being returned.

The 120-Night Trial can only be used once per customer per calendar year.
